Staging Consultation

A Fine Redesign staging consultant will meet with you and do an extensive walk-thru of your home, contents and property. Working together, we will address all areas of concern in and sometimes outside of the home and offer you detailed ideas and solutions to play up the positive features of the home as well as eliminating or de-emphasizing trouble areas. This includes furniture placement, decluttering, accessorizing and organizing for all areas of your home to help highlight your home's best features. We can provide recommendations on lighting, paint color selection, flooring and minor repairs as well as offer discounts on services from our affiliated partners.

Following the consultation, a custom home staging services proposal may be provided. A consultation usually takes 1-2 hours.

Full Staging for Occupied Homes - Picture Perfect

This is the most effective way to prepare your home for sale. We begin with a full consultation (see above) to determine exactly what needs to be done and answer any questions you may have. We will take before pictures of the home in order to prepare for the hands on staging plan.

The next step is to return to the home and complete the staging process. We will work through the house, room by room, top to bottom, inside and out. Using your existing furnishings (and sometimes bringing in a few items to fine tune from our extensive rental items selection) we create an updated and stylish look that presents itself in a more appealing way to potential buyers.

We will stage your home so it shows it's very best AND provide you with beautiful, professional taken pictures of your newly transformed home at no extra charge! A full staging usually takes 1 day.

Starting at - $795 (consultation included)

Partial Staging for Occupied Homes - TLC Package

A less costly approach to full staging, this service is extremely popular. We begin with a full consultation (see above) to determine exactly what needs to be done and answer any questions you might have. We will take before pictures of the rooms in the home that will be receiving hands on staging.

We will create a 'homework list' (yes, you have to do a bit of work!) and schedule a date to return. Then - because knowing what needs to be done and actually knowing how to do it are two different things - Fine Redesign offers hands on staging for 2-3 rooms in the home. We choose the rooms that are most in need of staging and execute the work needed to get your home ready to show! We will also review any of the changes that have been made in other rooms of the home. Every home deserves a little TLC! Partial staging usually take 4-6 hours in total.

Cost - $395 (consultation included)

TLC Service including Professional MLS Photo Package - $480

Vacant Property Staging

Don't be tempted to leave your home empty! New or vacant homes can be the most confusing for buyers who have trouble envisioning their belongings in the space. At Fine Redesign, we warehouse a wide variety of high-end furnishings and accessories to compliment any size and type of property. After completing a complimentary home assesment, one of our staging consultants will determine what furniture and accessory rentals are needed to enhance the features of the property and then provide you with a quote.

Our home staging rental packages include coordinated furniture, artwork, area rugs, lighting, silk plants and designer selected accessories. We offer affordable rates and delivery is included in all of our pricing. Rental prices are based on a montly basis and we offer discounted rates for additional months if required. We will work within your budget to make it look the best it can be.
